Leasehold Improvement Program

ATTENTION Whaley Ave, Dixwell Ave, Grand Ave, Kimberly Ave, and Congress Ave business owners. LCI is pleased to announce that our Leasehold Improvement Program has increased from $10K to $15K in reimbursement! Good for cosmetic interior improvements. Covered items include Walls, Flooring, Interior Lighting upgrades, equipment/trade fixtures, business expansion. Business owner must be current on all city taxes, including but not limited to real and personal taxes. A delinquent tax payment plan is NOT acceptable, full payment of taxes owed is required. Small business must provide license and Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of the State. Must be a for profit business. Business owner must (A) Own the building the business occupies a space in or (B) Provide an existing lease agreement.
