Subject: Tree Trimming Needs in Ward 28
Dear Neighbor,
As your Alder, it is my responsibility to address the concerns and needs of our community members. I am writing to inform you that I am currently in the process of compiling a comprehensive list of tree-trimming needs in Ward 28, which will be submitted to the City of New Haven Department of Parks and Public Works in the late summer or early fall. The purpose of this list is to ensure that necessary tree-trimming activities are carried out promptly and efficiently.
To ensure the accuracy and completeness of this list, I kindly request your assistance. If you notice any overgrown trees along your street, with low-hanging limbs, or obstruct street lighting from illuminating, I encourage you to reach out to me by sending an email to Ward28@newhavenct.gov. Please provide the street name and house number nearest to the tree in question, along with a description of the issue you have observed.
Your attention and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. By working together, we can make a significant difference in addressing tree-trimming concerns, safety, and aesthetics within our neighborhoods.
