Community Boating Day Rescheduled for October 15th! Community Boating Day rescheduled Community Boating Day for October 15th!!! Come down to The Canal Dock Boathouse on October 15th from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and - weather permitting - get out on the water. Come tour New Haven Harbor in one of our kayaks, experience team paddling in our Dragon Boat, or try your hand at rowing in one of Top Row's unique coastal rowing shells. Come down to the boathouse at 475 Long Wharf Drive and get out on the water! For more information, please email info@canaldock.org. Note: People will not be permitted to go out on the water in small craft during Community Boating Day if there is excessive wind, rain or any other hazardous weather conditions. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of eight are not permitted to paddle in a Canal Dock owned vessel.
