This MCCA doesn’t appear to have an interest in transparency. Dispensing vs management of medication…. Really? Beautification? Previous location is definitely not the magnet of a major intersection where parking was not frontal to a major intersection. Spending millions on this site is intended to be lucrative. The smug offer of “community space” and beautification are supposed to be carrots? This purchase and intent are more of the same: Haves creating issues that the have not’s must spend time, energy, resources navigating and suffering consequences. This is another potential long and deep hell hole for the neighborhood. There is no commitment or interest in the quality of life for area residents. They BANK on the belief that city will cave in and community will squabble and they will make money. Let’s not let that happen.
