As a consultant to the Alliance for Cannabis Equity in Connecticut (ACECT.org), BJM Solutions just completed the Manifesto for Cannabis Equity and ACE website. The mission of ACE is to assist social equity entrepreneurs, particularly those who were negatively impacted by the unsuccessful war on drug,s to have a chance to become successful cannabis entrepreneurs and to assist workers in CT's inner cities to get jobs in this growing industry. The photo below is with the Chairman of the Social Equity Council for the State of Connecticut, Andrea Comer, Carl Highsmith, the chairman of CONNCORP, Joe Carbone, the President and CEO of The WorkPlace and your truly (BJM Solutions). (Commissioner Comer attended our initial press conference. This is not an endorsement from her or the State of Connecticut.)

CONNCORP and The WorkPlace are the founding organizations of the Alliance. ACECT wants to create real economic impact in underserved communities in Connecticut and perhaps be a model for cannabis equity in other states in the country.

ACECT fully supports the work of the State's Social Equity Council. Our role is to be another source of accurate information and to support diverse cannabis entreprneurs.
