On Saturday, February 12, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, the Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity & Opportunity (CWCSEO) will be hosting a webinar titled Getting it Right: Cannabis Implementation Policy Virtual Forum. This forum will be co-moderated by Representative Robyn Porter, and Steven Hernández which will feature a series of presentations focusing on the implementation of the state's Cannabis laws, including: how the law affects the medical industry, dispensaries, and their patients; ongoing public education and community outreach efforts; emerging social equity & real estate issues; and what, if any, further structural or policy changes are needed.
