 New Haven Youth and Rec Department and Yale PD to Host Turkey Giveaway

 

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Friday, November 19^th from 4 – 6 PM the New Haven Youth and Rec Department will host a Turkey Giveaway at Roberto Clemente Middle School. YARD is co-hosting the event with the Yale University Police Department. Mayor Justin Elicker will be in attendance to help distribute turkeys to families ahead of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Last year this event distributed over 700 turkeys.
