Circle of Men Invite from Mosi Kitwana

 Something Different -

I'm sharing a link for Fantastic Fungi, an interesting video that relates to a comment made in our Circle on Saturday. It's available on Netflix and other video platforms. It features a couple of Brothers well into the video, but the whole video is insightful.

This message, including recordings from our latest CIrcle, is sent to those who have registered for any of the CAM monthly gatherings. Feel free to pass it on to others you would like to bring into the Circle.  Asante sana for being a part of CAM, here's a Google link to our Circle recordings including the latest from October 30, 2021.

In broad summation of the October 30th Circle, we continued our discussion and exploration on elderhood, getting further clarification on Woullard's ideas, presented last month, and learning from Onaje about SEEDS  and the key elements it contributes to our broader discussion on the role of Elders in establishing and practicing healthy African values and culture. My sense is the Circle was energized by the evolution and direction of our discussions.

Baba Ted proposed the frequency of our Circles be increased, I volunteered to convene a follow up discussion on meeting frequency and other items identified in an ongoing survey. Please take a minute to complete the survey NOW, so your input can be considered.

The CAM November Circle is scheduled for Saturday, November 27. Click here to register.

I'll reach out separately to schedule that meeting about meeting frequency, survey results and other organizing issues but if you are interested in being invited, send a quick note to let me know.
