In a very real way it is none of my business whether you get tested for Covid, wear a mask, get a flu shot, participate in a clinical trial, know your psa number, get a mammogram, know your blood pressure numbers or whether you vote. It does seem fervently lucid to me however that there is something deep and penetrating has infected all of us. We have heard it over the last two or three decades that civility and the notion of a civil society was being eroded. Perhaps we can all see now super clearly that we are really , really sick . I do not know the answer. Some say sickness until death. But in the meantime ,might each one of us , each individual cell of humanity contain the regenerative properties to heal one another, to love one another, and to act according to the golden-cowrie-wampum-platinum-bit coin rule of acting as if our life and lives depends upon one another?
