Voting 2020. Absentee ballot applications are being maiedl to all registered voters. If you did not receive one in the mail, you can download and print out an absentee ballot application here. Return it to the drop box in front of your City Hall right away. Ballots will be mailed after October 2, and should arrive by October 10. Be sure to fill it out carefully, follow all instructions, and sign the inner envelope. Return it as early as possible. Oct 27 is the deadline to register to vote on-line.

Pandemic Unemployment Insurance / Lost Wages Assistance: An additional $300 is being issued. The CT Department of Labor posts updates as they become available on the CTDOL Federal Supplements webpage
Rent and Mortgage Assistance: To be covered by the CDC eviction moratorium until December 31, 2020, tenants must submit a signed declaration to their landlord. The CDC Declaration can be found here. The CT eviction moratorium has been extended to October 1st. The Temporary Housing Assistance Program is accepting applications for rent relief. Temporary Mortgage Assistance (T-MAP) Program is also available. Eligibility information: (860) 785-3111.
