This survey is conducted by CMU Delphi Research and you'll leave Facebook to take it. It will take about 3-5 minutes.
Facebook won't share information about who you are with CMU Delphi Research. We'll share a random ID number and a single statistical number that doesn't identify you to help them measure participation properly, as well as your language preference.
Your responses in the survey will be used by CMU Delphi Research for COVID-19 research purposes.
