For the first time in 10 years we made changes to how you experience Afro Flow Yoga®. We aim to turn this ever-changing environment into a positive experience.

The Coronavirus has affected all our lives in one way or another. You may be wondering what’s next when it comes to Afro Flow Yoga® classes. And THIS IS IT!

*New Start Date* AFY FOUNDATIONS - MODULE 1 STARTING MARCH 24, 2020

Next, some exciting news! We are ready to equip you for action and awareness in our next round of training modules - Module 1: Foundations . We're about to begin on the new start date of Tuesday, March 24 and the best part is, there are no prerequisites to register - open to everyone!

If you're interested in becoming an Afro Flow Yoga® teacher or if you simply want to deepen your yoga practice , then this module is for you as it will enhance your knowledge.

We encourage you to enroll in this module and consists of a commitment of 8 bi-weekly 2-hour WEBINARS . This means you can live anywhere and take this module!
