Rock to Rock

Rock to Rock!

Ahead of the 50th Earth Day celebration, I am inviting you mark your calendars for the 12th annual Rock to Rock bike ride on April 25th. This event has become the largest, community-friendly cycling event in the Elm City! I remember riding in the first Rock to Rock ride many years ago, it's amazing how far the event has come.

Follow this link if you want to register to ride. There you will be prompted to choose your participant type. You can choose any of the five different rides to suit your personal goals: from an easy 5-mile ride intended for families and small children (pictured above), to a 12-mile adult ride, to a 20-mile, 40-mile, or the Metric Century Ride for 64 miles.

If you're not a cyclist, you need not worry! There is also an East Rock Park Walk offered at Rock to Rock. For more information on all cycling and walking routes, click here.

For general information about routes, logistics, etc., please feel free to contact Martin Torresquintero at (203) 946-6768 and MTorresq@NewHavenCT.gov, or visit the Rock to Rock website: www.rocktorock.org.
