New Haven's own, Dr Tiffany R Jackson, singer, fitness professional, music scholar and creator of an autobiographical one woman show, "From the Hood to the Ivy League", will be joined by students and friends to celebrate the gift of music and provide performance opportunities for underrepresented artists. As well, partial proceeds will support Dr. Jackson's nonprofit, Gift-Passion-Purpose-Project, Inc. www.giftpassionpurposeproject, an endeavor designed to provide resources to gifted musicians in underrepresented communities.
