The sodium count in both sandwiches is almost the recommended 1,500 mgs./D you should have if you’re watching your blood pressure. The saturated fat content makes a good food option (chicken) look bad because it diminishes its healthy hi-protein health benefits. So I have to ask YOU not the franchises...
