We are pleased to announce that submission of films for the fourth (4th) edition of the Black Star International Film Festival (BSIFF) opens today, 1st February, 2019.

Black star international film festival is a subsidiary of Black Star International film institute, a non profit. The festival focuses on creating global connections through film and helping to bridge the gap between African cinema and the world. Advocacy is also a key feature of our activities.
