My name if Dr. Tiffany R. Jackson, CEO of Necessarydiva Productions LLC, fitness competitor, CPT and Sports Nutrition Specialist. I am spearheading health/fitness forums biweekly to educate attendants about nutrition and how to construct a healthy living lifestyle. During week one, we spoke about macronutrients and micronutrients, energy metabolism, how culture and habit informs our eating patterns, and each attendant shared how obesity has affected their lives. The fee is $50, the cost of a dinner and drinks. During the next meeting, we will discuss how to read food labels, the food industry standards, and how diets do not work.
