About Culture of Health Leaders
This program is a leadership development opportunity for visionary individuals from all sectors and professions.
Culture of Health Leaders share the vision and drive to build thriving communities where every resident has a fair opportunity at living a long, healthy life. They seek out diverse perspectives, value the dignity and worth of all people, and embrace learning as much as they lead.
Over the course of three years, our participants master four key areas of leadership: self, relationships, environment, and change. They join a national network of like-minded thinkers and doers, and receive high-caliber executive coaching and support in the design and implementation of a strategic initiative in their home community. Leaders also receive an annual stipend of up to $20,000. |
