Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Program, Inc (HHYEP), is a non- profit organization founded in 2004, that provides college preparation services to students in grades 9-12 and their families in New Haven, CT. Our mission is to change the lives of under- represented college bound students to EMPOWER, ENCOURAGE, and EQUIP them to obtain a post- secondary education. HHYEP provides a wide variety of services for students such as: test preparation, tutorial services, college tours, and college planning.
