Emerging Leaders Luncheon
The Emerging Leaders Power Luncheon provides emerging leaders with access to African-American executives across a variety of fields in a “speed mentoring” environment. This high-energy event was designed to provide timely and comprehensive real-world knowledge to help participants gain the competitive advantage in today’s job market, tap into the entrepreneurial spirit and enhance their leadership skills.

The Black Party

9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

CBC TECH 2020 TECHWORK
At this speed networking event, you will meet Blacks in tech from the nation’s leading companies and the hottest startups who are changing the game. This is NOT a panel. Instead, you will sit in small groups with a tech mentor who will tell you how to break into tech. While the tech industry is working to increase diversity, these leaders have proven that there is Black talent that is ready, willing, and able to be at the forefront of innovation. This event is part of the CBC TECH 2020 which has been working to increase diversity and Black inclusion and wealth in the tech industry.

3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Alumni Networking Reception
CBCF Alumni this is for you! Join us as we honor the achievements of several CBCF alums. This year’s reception will honor the Chiefs of Staffs of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC). For alumni, this is an opportunity to network with the most accomplished and dedicated professionals across the country who are working to positively impact their communities. This event is invitation only.
