On Friday July 13 YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga Will Host our 4th Annual Soul Yoga Fest Awards Dinner. We will honor those who have a made a significant positive impact our community. We will honor Dr. Runoko Rashidi who will also provide a keynote address and lecture on African History and the Global African Presence.

Our annual Soul Yoga Fest Celebration is coming up July 13, 14 & 15, 2018. On Saturday July 14 the entire day of Yoga workshops, Meditation Classes, Dance Classes, Vendors, Martial Arts and Tai Chi Classes and Entertainment are Completely FREE!

Our Entertainment on Saturday July 14 will Include Iconic Hip Hop Artist and Songstress Solè Ajah Shah, African Belly Dance Performer Hathor Hendrix, Bril Barrett and M.A.D.D. Rhythms Tap Dance Company and Kemetic Belly Dance with The Great Khalidah Kali.

You will also have a Raw Living Foods Demonstration and Workshop with Nzingah Oniwosan of Haiti and "Baby I Like it Raw" ($40 Fee)

We will have a schedule of basic Yoga Classes Throughout the day starting each hour from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ALL CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY

All Classes are outside on the Grass Lawn unless otherwise indicated. Look of signs with locations

Solè Aja Shah
Sole’ released a gold selling hip hop album, “Skin Deep”, on Dreamworks Records in September of 1999 and had a guest appearance on the song “Who Dat” by JT Money, which sold over 1 million copies. The song was number one on the rap singles charts for 8 weeks and won “Rap Single of the Year” at the 1999 Billboard Music Awards. That same year, she was nominated for “Rap Artist of the Year” and went on to win several ASCAP Music awards. After feeling promptings to do more positive, healing and spiritual work, she embarked upon a journey of transformation and left a promising career after releasing only one album. 
Multi talented and the quintessential Renaissance woman, Sole’ is not only a Hip Hop artist but an actress, poet, writer, Herbal Practitioner, Sacred Medicine Woman Wellness Coach, Black Belt in Kung Fu trained by world renowned Grand Master Dennis Brown, 300 hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher trained in Mumbai, India, Tantric Yogini, Womb Sauna Practitioner, Birth Doula, Shakti Inspired Pre Natal Yoga Teacher
Hathor Hendrix
Hathor Hendrix is a performance/healing artist based in Dallas,TX. Her performing arts repertoire includes; being a musician, singer, songwriter, actress, model, and dancer. As a healing artist, Hathor uses knowledge, culture, and her abilities to empower, encourage, and inspire women to embrace and harness their Divine Feminine Energy through Tantric Belly Dance. Hendrix is also a Certified Kemetic Yoga instructor and Personal Trainer.
