|
Paramount Construction, LLC is looking to fill a Foreman position with a focus on heavy highway/utility construction.
This position is responsible for providing direct in-field supervision of a highway/utility crew working on all phases of heavy highway/utility/site-work and/or various other related construction projects. The candidate will be required to manage direct oversight of all employees on the project and will include orientation, coaching, and daily direction of the crew.
Requirements:
- Must be hard-working, dependable, fit and able to perform duties
- Able to operate equipment
- Manage and assign daily task to the crew
- Seven years experience as a Foreman in Heavy Highway/Civil Construction
- Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet company's driving standards
