Before we begin... our yoga and meditation videos drop every Thursday but because of technical issues we were unable to do so this week! Now that this is out of the way lets get into it!
This sequence is for those that suffer from back and hip pain. Through movement and focus on the breath your body will slowly release the stiffness in your hip and back.
