WHEN WE LEFT, PT. 1

What an incredible season of theater it has been! ONSTAGE @ Weeksville will close with a special dinner experience alongsideNsangou Njikam's "When We Left, Part 1".

With America in turmoil over racial tensions and an uncertain future, a fiery Congresswoman seeks to bring justice and equality for African Americans. But as tensions grow, a mysterious organization emerges claiming they have the ultimate solution for Black people:
Return to Africa.

The evening's menu, developed by Chef Jeneé Grannum, ties into the themes and time period of the play.
May 9th - 7pm

"SOME GIRLS"

Ahead of their 25th annual film festival, African Film Fest Inc. will be here at Weeksville Heritage Center to screen Raquel Cepeda's documentary "Some Girls".
