Before a racially and religiously mixed crowd of 550 people in a Memphis synagogue, Yale Divinity School hosted a panel discussion on living the Martin Luther King legacy today.

When Dodie Younger died on Christmas Day 2017 at the age of 93, her community and world lost an inspiring and effective leader. But thanks to a series of gift annuities purchased with her husband in the 1990s, the New Jersey resident left a gift of nearly $580,000 that will support divinity students in perpetuity.

‘Repairers of the Breach’ service at Battell Chapel March 27

As part of their “Repairers of the Breach”tour of university campuses, William Barber and Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove will lead a service at Yale’s Battell Chapel at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27. All alumni and the general public welcome.
