Description: Melissa Murray is the Alexander F. and May T. Morrison Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, where she teaches Family Law, Constitutional Law, Reproductive Rights and Justice, and Criminal Law. Most recently, Murray served as the Interim Dean of Berkeley Law. The #BlackExcellence Speaker Series brings in speakers from a variety of different fields of practice and expertise in the legal profession to inspire students and to showcase what black excellence means to YBLSA.
