How Can We Better Serve the Youth in New Haven?

November 29
6pm-8pm
Institute Library
847 Chapel Street
Dear CLP Family, I eagerly write to invite you to a community conversation this Wednesday hosted by the 2017-2018 New Haven cohort of Public Allies. The invitation to New Haven residents and stakeholders is to you to share your insights on positive opportunities for youth development.
I am thrilled to work with this Team. Here the Team provides a brief description, details and invitation:
Public Allies Connecticut is a program of Regional Youth Adult Social Action Partnership (RYASAP), and a proud member of the AmeriCorps national service network.
Our mission is to create a just and equitable society and the diverse leadership to sustain it.
As part of the AmeriCorps national service commitment, each Public Allies Connecticut (PACT) team will complete a service project in the community that they serve. The New Haven PACT team has chosen youth development as our target topic.
We are excited to announce that we are holding a community meeting, which we hope will provide a platform for community members to share their thoughts and ideas about how to serve the youth of New Haven. The meeting will be held on November 29th from 6pm-8pm at the Institute Library (847 Chapel Street). Refreshments will be provided!
Please pass along the linked flyer to your network and help us spread the word!

Hope to see you there!
