A Political Campaign School centered on the lives and experiences of People of Color

When people of color lead, there is hope for the future. Please join us for a two-day, intensive electoral candidate and political campaign training for people of color - and focused on building power in communities of color across Connecticut.
Together, we will uplift the unique experiences and grapple with the challenges that people of color face while working in politics. Learn about what it takes to run for office and win.
You’ll get the chance to hear from current and formerly elected officials, people from across the state that have both run and worked on political campaigns, and from grassroots organizers focused on our responsibility to elevate the voices of people of color.
Never considered running for office or working on a political campaign? This is still a space for you!
Together we will build a collective understanding of our political power in the State of Connecticut and what it takes to run for office and win!
