NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS BLACK AND HISPANIC CAUCUS TO HOLD 14th ANNUAL KWANZAA CELEBRATION AT CITY HALL ON Monday, DECEMBER 26 AT 5:30 PM
Free event to celebrate golden anniversary of the holiday includes free food and live entertainment.
New Haven – The Black and Hispanic Caucus of the New Haven Board of Alders invites the public to attend and participate in the 14th Annual Kwanzaa Celebration. This event will take place on Monday December 26 at 5:30 p.m., City Hall-Atrium, 165 Church Street, 2nd floor, New Haven, Connecticut.
Come celebrate African American Heritage and the fiftieth year of the holiday. Learn about the Kwanzaa Holiday and the Seven Principles of Kwanzaa. There will be free food, a libation by Elaine Peters of the Community Kwanzaa Association, and entertainment by both Mudcloth Drum and Dance and the Hamden Academy of Dance.
