THE URBAN LEAGUE OF GREATER HARTFORD RELEASES HISTORIC BOOK ON “THE STATE OF BLACK HARTFORD 2016"
In its 52nd year, the Urban League of Greater Hartford will officially present its book “The State of Black Hartford” 2016. The book addresses challenges African Americans face at both the national and local level. Nine (9) authors have written about barriers to education, economic stability, health, relationships, crime, faith, welfare and consciousness.
"State of Black Hartford" Book Publication Launch and Community Conversation supported by The Hartford Foundation of Public Giving.
