Qualified Immunity: How It Protects Law Enforcement Officers

BLACK SOCIAL JUSTICE: The Law of Qualified Immunity
MSNBC news report made it very clear that Minnesota State Law (as laws in other states) may not allow for JUSTICE to prevail in the shooting death of Philando Castile because the bar is too high!
Let's not fool ourselves. Just as the American Justice System did not hold law enforcement accountable for the shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, more than likely, the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile will endure the same results!

This doctrine provides important legal protections for officers in the performance of their duties. By Richard G. Schott, J.D.
