Barriers to Health Equity Symposium

The symposium will include a discussion-style panel with community leaders, health care professionals, health insurance administrators, advocates, and political leaders. Panelists will discuss health care barriers for marginalized groups and how the state can help ensure that everyone has equal and sufficient access to health care. Topics will include access to health insurance, and mental health treatment, as well as gun violence and housing discrimination.
