Yale University Library exhibits MLK Materials Beginning January 11, 2016

The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King and Mrs. Coretta Scott King visited New Haven and Yale a number of times, including 1964 (this photo) when MLK received an honorary degree from Yale. The then widowed Mrs. King came again in 1969. Very excited that the Yale University Library will be exhibiting reproductions of materials related to some of these visits in the nave of Sterling Memorial Library beginning on January 11.
