Seeking Community Engagement Through Art Proposals | The Arts Council of Greater New Haven: "seeking community engagement through art proposals The Arts Council of Greater New Haven seeks proposals for community projects that invite the public to actively participate in the creative process. We believe that participatory art making experiences can have a profound impact on our community. They can enrich the quality of community life, enhance the lives of individuals, and build connections between people. We want your creative project ideas. We invite artists, artist collectives and organizations to submit project proposals for engaging the community through art.
