Join us for the Opening Event of Witnesses to Hunger CT  Monday, February 1, 2016 2:00 PM Legislative Office Building (LOB)    300 Capitol Avenue Hartford, CT 06106 2:00 PM-2:30 PM Press Conference in Conference Room 1B    Followed by Exhibit Viewing in the Lower Concourse  What is Witnesses to Hunger CT? Witnesses to Hunger CT is a project that uses photographs taken by Connecticut residents to bring visibility to their everyday struggles to make ends meet.  These powerful images and stories, comprised of over 50 photographs taken by 15 "witnesses", will be on display in the Lower Concourse of the Legislative Office Building through February 11, 2016. Witnesses to Hunger is a project of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities at the Drexel University Dornslife School of Public Health.  This exhibit is brought to you through partnership of the following organizations/agencies: Advocacy Unlimited Connecticut Alliance for Basic Human Needs (CABHN) Center for Hunger-Free Communities at the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health Connecticut State Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Connecticut Food Bank End Hunger Connecticut!
