The African American Civil War Museum with the DC Black History Month Committee Will host the 2016 Black History Month Kickoff from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2016. The program's main speaker is Frank Smith, the founding director of the African American Civil War Museum. The program is free to the public, donations are welcome. RSVP online at eventbrite today.
