Today. 60 years ago. Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to give up her seat on the bus. This is the police report. She was not a tired old lady. She was part of a coordinated effort. Four days later, African Americans in Montgomery would begin boycotting the busses in an effort that lasted more than a year.
