I challenge you to find a city our size anywhere in the nation that is offering three fun, free and fruitful Kwanzaa celebrations on the same day. Bring the family, friends, foes and friendly attitudes out of Saturday December 26. Start off at the Elks on Dixwell at 3 pm make way over to the Afro American Cultural Center at Yale at 2:30 pm and finish up the purposeful frolicking festivities at City Hall at 5:30 pm. Okay re wind. Just testing to see if you have been reading correctly ! Send half the family and friends to the Elks at 3 pm and send the other half of the family and friends to the AFAM cultural center at Yale at 2:30 PM. Eat , Drink and be merry and then convene for a collective family and friends reunion at the New Haven City Hall at 5:30.
Regardless,all roads lead the Kwanzaa time on Saturday, December 26.
