CARE Releases Preliminary Findings of the 2015 New Haven Health Survey

Season's Greetings from the CARE Team!

CARE Releases Preliminary Findings of
the 2015 New Haven Health Survey

As we close out the year, we are pleased to release preliminary findings from our 2015 New Haven Health Survey - our third triennialsurvey. With commitment and collaboration from many community and university partners, we measured notable improvements in health: greater health coverage and access to care, more food security, less obesity, and greater feelings of safety.

Please see the initial report: 2015 Preliminary Report

We look forward to sharing a more comprehensive report and hosting a community forum in 2016. Together, we will press forward to build healthier communities, especially for those at highest risk for chronic diseases.

Warmest wishes for a wonderful holiday season
and a happy, healthy new year!
