About State Street Art University
Well, we are not a university, but we have classes, workshops and events for all ages. Not your standard classes or events. Besides music and art, we also have cooking, indoor and outdoor games, book clubs, discussions, movie nights, open pics, pot-luck pizza nights, art sales, meditation, tai-chi, fashion runways, circus acts, mosh pit workouts, toy club, local political discussions and so much more.
Our place is open at various times, workshops and events are free to $5. We have a ton of free books you can take or donate to Never Ending Books. We are funded by Rainbow Recycling and Agoo Art. And our space is available for other meetings, lectures or private parties all free. Donations are suggested.
An uncredited university with unique classes and performances by artists with no certifications but years of life experience. Bus transfers accepted.
