Dear Friends,
We are looking forward to our annual summer pranafication coming up in August. The week-long intensive at Exhale, Venice will be focused on embracing the elements as we dive into the Elemental Vinyasa practices. For the new moon weekend we will experience our first-ever overnight retreat on the Wishtoyo Chumash site in Malibu, where we have a special opportunity to experience Wishtoyo as guests of Mati Waia, Luhui, and the Chumash Grandmother’s council as we honor ancestral and sacred elemental mandala and Solstice Mound on sacred land that has been inhabited by the Chumash peoples for over 8,000-15,000 years.
We will experience natural movement meditations as we enter into ritual sacred space for 2 nights and 2.5 days under the new moon stars in the traditional dwellings/huts called Aps and ceremonial fire. Living in natural light by the oceanside, we will enjoy being in the healing pure waters of Malibu(swimming and optional surf lessons, surfing, SUP, or kayaking), beach walks, ritual prana vinyasa, Chumash teachings, meditation, as well as ritual time in silence with as we enter a collective dreamtime. We will enter the deep flow, savoring each moment and emerge on Monday morning pranafied!

Also, we are requesting healing prayers, thoughts, vibes for dear friend and Prana Flow teacher, James Warren during his returned healing journey with cancer, after being in remission for 11 years. To our global heart community ~ our dear friend and Prana Flow teacher, James Warren, has been re-diagnosed with cancer after being in remission for 11 years. His family has reached out for support as his battle has recently become more intense.
