NO MORE DRUG WAR. Join us in New Haven on the steps of City Hall(165 Church St) at 5p.m. on Wednesday, June 17

America’s drug war turns 44 on June 17, 2015.
As a nation we should be calling for it’s end. 4 decades of failed policies, trillions of dollars wasted and a devastating impact on families and communities across this nation. Millions arrested, incarcerated, on parole or probation as a result of this costly war while ddiction remains to be a huge problem. It’s insanity to keep doing the same thing expecting a different outcome. Tell our legisaltors and our president : No more tweaking of drug policy. NO MORE DRUG WAR. Join us in New Haven on the steps of City Hall(165 Church St) at 5p.m. on Wednesday, June 17 to educate our community and motivate our legislators to push for an end to this racist and selectively enforced war on the poor. We want a more just and compassionate approach to addicition. Invest in early education and quality drug treatment. 44 Years of Jim Crow policies are destroying us as a nation. The only real solution is to END THE WAR ON DRUGS NOW.
