The Connecticut Choosing Wisely® Collaborative is hosting a focus group of community health workers, assisters, care navigators, etc on Wednesday, July 15th at 6 pm at the Curtis D. Robinson Center for Health Equity at St. Francis Hospital, 140 Woodland St, Hartford, CT.
The purpose is to learn more about conversations between their clients
and their healthcare practitioners, especially focusing in on the needs
of clients who may be newly-insured or who have lower levels of health
literacy. Focus group feedback will help shape future efforts by the Choosing Wisely® campaign
to help patients and their practitioners make better decisions
together. Along with a big "thank you!" we are able to offer each
participant a $25 American Express gift card and will provide refreshments.
