Jewish Voice for Peace New Haven invites you to hear Alice Rothchild, MD, celebrated JVP activist and filmmaker, who will present her powerful documentary, “Voices Across the Divide” and join a discussion afterward.
Three years in the making, the film explores the Palestinian narrative of the Nakba from a Jewish perspective. It features interviews with three generations of Palestinians whose families were forced into refugee status during the war of 1948-49.
Dr. Rothchild has led groups of medical professionals and others on many tours of Israel and the Occupied Territories.  She has just returned from Gaza and will update us on conditions there.
Directions:  From Whitney Avenue , turn onto Treadwell Street, proceed  about 3Ž4 mile and turn left onto Leeder Hill Drive. From Dixwell Avenue, turn onto Treadwell Street, proceed about 1Ž4 mile, then turn right onto Leeder Hill Drive.  Event is on the first floor of the South building, the second and larger building at Whitney Center.  Parking is available on Leeder Hill Drive.
