I have been blessed to witness various leaders and to exert leadership myself. It is easy to read about leadership but the translation of abstract leadership do's and don'ts is almost always a challenge and never easy. I have been fortunate to witness the leadership of The Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council from a reasonably close but not day to day vantage point.
Regardless of the locality or proximity it has been a wonderful joy to witness Dr. Fred's leadership in action. Yes, there are models to imitate so to speak, but each of us must still drive our own lives and be fully conscious of those traveling along the highway with us .
