About this Project
About Nadine:Chef Nadine Nelson, Queen of Cuisine, is the chef and owner of Global Local Gourmet, a roving community supported kitchen. She has studied culinary arts in Paris, New York, and Boston and brings a global perspective to seasonal food. She is a cooking instructor, writer, recipe developer/tester and food consultant. Her new endeavor, Public Kitchen (based off of the highly successful Public Kitchen in Boston, MA), is a collaboration with CitySeed that seeks to unite people in public spaces over the joy of food and cooking.
