Back in the early 90's, I attended the Black Man Think Tank Conference, at the University of Cincinnati. This was engineered by Dr. Eric Abercrombie, who understood that black men need to see themselves from the inside out. In the wake of recent events effecting our brothers, we need to strongly consider establishing permanent Black Man Think Tanks around the country. As Black men we have the knowledge and skillsets to make this a reality. The only question that I have, are we committed to laying down our egos, petty jealousy and differences to make a difference
