He heads New Haven government’s neighborhoods anti-blight, development, and code-enforcement agency, the Livable City Initiative (LCI). Or at least, he has been heading it; Friday is his last day in the job. After negotiating a raise and an increase in responsibilities this past June, he ended up taking a new job across the country and leaving New Haven after all. (Read about that here.)
