which has developed a high school curriculum based on my book The New
Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness. I'm
thrilled that high school students will have the opportunity to learn
about mass incarceration and its connection to earlier forms of racial
and social control in this country, as well as imagine their own roles
