The
war-versus-peace theme continues to be highlighted for still one more
month. Once April is over, that conflict will begin to subside.
Beginning
its retrograde on the 14th (lasting until September 22), Pluto in
Capricorn starts to take off some of the pressure. Those in positions of
power are in retreat. We are entering into a period for reflecting on
what in the established order has been appropriately confronted and
dissolved and what still needs to be renewed, changed, or discarded. The
goal now should be to create structures that are more in tune with the
times in which we live, and that work for and benefit the people those
structures should serve.
